Ziarko, Mike	QMSN	Apr 1988 – Aug 1988		I remember the first day there, we came very close to a mine in the gulf. The rest of it was hot.
Purintun, Leroy	SMSN	Apr 6, 1988 – Aug 8, 1988	comm	It was a great adventure from the broken plane in phili, the 3 day barge ride, the mines that almost did us in the first day, and of course, good ol ASU. Great memories and friends. Give me a shout if you you were there with me.

THE SONAR DETECTOR WENT OUT SO WE TURNED AROUND TO BACK TRACK ONTO THE SAME COURSE, AND ALMOST HIT A MINE WITH A BIG HAPPY FACE PAINTED ON IT. RETREIVED MINE DISPOSED OF IT. LAME HUMOR.
