I wanted him to be remembered.|

|Shockley, David||EMFN||Mar 1, 1964 – May 1, 1965||R||Came aboard Hank in Philly from the McNair when we decommed her. Finally left reserve trainers in 65 and went on to 9 other ships and 3 shore commands before retiring a s a CWO4 in 1989.|
|Weber, James||Sn||Oct 27, 1964 – Sep 16, 1966||E||During the time the ship was moored at Philadelphia Naval Base, I was a reservist (Reserve Destroyer Squadron 30) striking as an Intercommunications Electrician and spent my share of time in the galley.|
|Thompson, Joseph||DC3||Mar 1, 1969 – 1970||R-Div.||Reported on board after two tours in Viet Nam. On board a short time and then sent to Washington DC.|
|Burris, Harry||GMT1||Jul 1, 1970 – Sep 30, 1972||Weapons||Joined ship and USNR after my release from active duty. I was advanced to E6 at same time. I was assigned to 5"38 gun mount and also Mess Deck MAA. Stayed with ship until decommissioned. USS Johnston DD821 replaced her at Philadelphia NB.|
